Anubhav, the complete domain name is the issue here, as very often you do not have that for internal development (e.g. on a developers laptop or some internal K8s/Istio cluster).

What do you mean with “create gateway for each application”? A Gateway CRD? Or an entire different IngressGateway, which listens on a different port etc?
